Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase required
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Air Hose Fittings (once opened)
- Barricade Tape (cut or used rolls)
- Marking Chalk (opened containers)
- Lumber Crayons and Pencils (used items)
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at: Stanleys Shop Returns

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing (processing time may vary by financial institution)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once your return is processed. Shipping costs for exchanges follow our standard shipping policy.
