Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional tools and want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
  • All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Air Hose Fittings (once opened)
  • Barricade Tape (cut or used rolls)
  • Marking Chalk (opened containers)
  • Lumber Crayons and Pencils (used items)

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your invoice.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing (processing time may vary by financial institution)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once your return is processed. Shipping costs for exchanges follow our standard shipping policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.

Contractors & Tradespeople: If you have urgent needs, please indicate in your email if you require expedited processing of your return or exchange.
